Medify's page for this filter does not name the machine it fits anywhere in its body text. It does not give a part code, a SKU or a barcode. It does not list compatible models and it does not list incompatible ones. The product title is the entire compatibility statement.
That matters because the page you land on when the indicator lights is precisely the page that should settle the question. Here it settles nothing, and the only outside corroboration we have is AHAM's directory, which links the MA-25 record to this page.

The figure comes from the machine's page instead: "2,500 hours (3-4 months)". Run continuously, 2,500 hours is a little under 105 days, so three to four months is consistent with continuous use rather than with occasional use.
A third figure exists and does not quite match either: Medify's filter subscription ships every 120 days. That is four months, at the far end of the stated range.
The practical reading: budget three to four sets a year if the machine runs continuously, and treat 2,500 hours rather than the calendar as the real trigger.
Medify says nothing on this page about third-party filters, and nothing about what fitting one would do to the machine's limited lifetime warranty. We have no manufacturer position to report, and we are not going to supply one.
